VCurry Master's Lamb Curry masala is perfect to prepare a fusion of Indian spices and slow-cooked lamb simmered in its own sauce, with garam masala, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and coriander. This dish has incredible taste, will satisfy any meat craving and is so easy to make! Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil 2 onions 3 garlic cloves 2 cm fresh ginger 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp ground turmeric 1⁄2 tsp ground cardamom 1⁄2 tsp paprika 1⁄4 tsp chilli powder 1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper 500g lean lamb fillet 50g butter 2 tbsp tomato puree 1⁄4 cup thick cream Method: Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for about 10 minutes or until golden brown Add the garlic, ginger and all the spices to the pan and fry for 1 minute Add the lamb to the pan and fry until browned all over Remove from the heat and add tomato puree Cover with a lid or foil and place in a preheated oven at 160C for 1 hour Add butter to the pan after 45 minutes Once cooked remove lid or foil. Add cream for taste.
