Ingredients:
1 cup of Watermelon (cubed)
1 cup of Cantaloupe (cubed)
1 cup of Musk Melon (cubed)
1 cup of fresh Pomegranate seeds
1-2 tablespoons of Rooh Afza syrup (a popular rose-flavored syrup)
1-2 tablespoons of Sugar (adjust according to taste)
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the fruits: Wash and cube the watermelon, cantaloupe, and musk melon. Make sure they are seedless and chilled.
- Blend the fruits: In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, cantaloupe, and musk melon. Blend until you get a smooth puree.
- Strain (optional): If you prefer a smoother texture, you can strain the pureed fruit mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
- Mix with other ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the strained fruit puree, fresh pomegranate seeds, Rooh Afza syrup, and sugar. Stir well until everything is thoroughly mixed.
- Adjust sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more sugar if needed.
- Chill: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours.
- Serve: When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled Mohabbat ka Sharbat over the ice.
- Garnish: Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma and added flavor.
- Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of Mohabbat ka Sharbat!
