Pani Puri Masala is a popular street food in India that consists of small round hollow puris filled with a mixture of spicy water, tamarind chutney, potato, onion, and chickpeas. In the Everest Pani Puri Masala package, we offer these tasty little treats for an affordable price without compromising on quality or taste! The ingredients are carefully blended together to give the best flavor possible. In India, the word Pani means water and Puri means round. The puri is a doughy ball with a savory stuffing that can be fried or baked, usually served with an accompaniment of spicy water or tamarind sauce called Pani or Chutney. When fried, the dough becomes crispy and golden on the outside while the inside remains soft and fluffy.
