The individual components of the Shan Nihari Masala have been carefully selected for their flavors and fragrances so that they complement each other well when combined together. The Shan Nihari Masala spice blend can be sprinkled on top of cooked rice before serving as well as on other dishes, including vegetable curries, paneer dishes, soups, dal dishes, and lentil preparations.
